Our Class Teacher is Anita and our Early Years Practitioners are Margie, Mandy, Pauline, Bernie, Amy and Sarah. Blue Room parents, carers and wider families are also key partners and educators!
Home Learning
Children in our setting work with their Key Person and Class Teacher to explore the world around them, learning through indoor and outdoor play via personalised planning to meet their own developmental needs. We are child-led and interest-led in our approach, and focus particularly on the key ‘Prime Areas’ of Personal, Social, Emotional Development; Communication and Language; and Physical Development. We aim to nurture confident, practical, resilient and kind children, ‘setting sail’ on their educational voyages.

Ready Steady – The Terrific Twos

Parents / carers – would you like to ‘stay and play’ or join in with any of our activities? we have an ‘open door’ policy and welcome your involvement in the learning process.

Every Friday we are an ‘Outdoor Nursery’, with sessions in our school’s Forest School and Environmental Garden.

Home reading books are also changed every Friday – enjoy sharing stories and rhymes at home with family and friends.

Remember to keep updating your home-school diaries too!
