Dear Parents and Carers,

 

I am pleased to tell you that following our appeal last term, we have been able to appoint a new parent Governor to Kingsley School.

 

Mr Abdinur Abdella currently has a child in y2 at Kingsley, but he has also had older children who have been through the school, so he knows us well. Abdinur is a member of the L8 community, but has previously lived in several countries as well as studying at two universities. He is passionate about supporting children’s development and we are pleased have his skills set on board!

 

Abdinur joins our other parent Governor Ayan Elmi, alongside our full board , who help support our school to shape the provision for your children. We are really proud to have a mix of members from many different backgrounds, including several from the local community, both Parents and co opted Governors, who make a significant contribution to Kingsley.
